Payment for items is expected within 7 days of end of auction. Items normally ship within 3 days of end of auction. Please read shipping information on listing specifying normal shipping to be used, you may choose an upgrade shipping level. While I consider item sales to be final should the item arrive and you feel it was not as described please contact me. Return policy is specified on items that are covered under returns. International Buyers be advised that the U.S. Post Office no longer will insure First Class, Small Flat Rate Box or Priority envelopes. To insure against loss or damage, shipping has to be via Priority package, Medium or Large Flat Rate Box. Selection of a lower cost, but uninsureable option means you accept the risk of loss or damage that cannot be refunded. I package items very well, but they are traveling a long way. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
