 | A: You may return the item for any reason within 30 days. It needs be returned in the same condition it was received with all of the accessories, packing, printed material and in new condition. The combined shipping price is the shipping price for the heaviest item and then add $1.50 for each additional item (US Only). Combined shipping for international orders will be calculated by weight (limited to 5 items). IMPORTANT: Only unpaid purchases can be combined. Combined purchases must be made within a 7 day period. |

 | A: You can find the shipping date and delivery confirmation information in your "My eBay". Click the "Won" link on the left side of the page, locate the item in the list.
From the Take action pull-down menu, choose "View order details." you can find the delivery confirmation number and shipping date under the Shipping & handling heading. |

 | A: First thing you will is ask your family, roommates or anybody that lives at you address if they picked the package for you. Than as soon as possible you should contact you local Post Office, they can sometimes work with the carrier that delivered your package to find out where it was delivered. Make sure to record the name of the Postal rep. |
