This ensures messages are secure, relevant messages from other eBay members and protects us from receiving spam or e-mail viruses.
You can also always click our user ID and use the Contact Seller link.
Here’s how:

Click on the User Id, anywhere it appears on the site, of the member you wish to contact. You will then see the member’s feedback page.

On the right side, near the top of the feedback page, click the button labeled “Contact Member”.

You’ll be taken to an email form where you can enter your question to the member you wish to contact.
Messages are checked regularly and replied to almost immediately. We are available Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 5 PM Central time. We also have retail shops so are not always online weekends.
We will only receive the message when sent or received through eBay's My Messages!
If you reply to a message we sent you through eBay My Messages by using "Reply Sender" in your web based email, we will NOT receive the mail.
