NON-PAYMENT will result in an Unpaid Item Dispute filed with eBay. Nonpaying buyers will be blocked from further bidding or buying with us and negative feedback will be left. Returned checks are non-payment and will be reported to eBay as well as assessing a returned check fee.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees, this is not included in postage or the merchandise cost.
RETURNS:
We are a small gallery selling mostly handmade items. Many of our items are not returnable. Please check your individual listing. If there is a problem, please contact us.
FURS AND OR CLOTHING ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
SALE ITEMS AND PRESALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR ANY REASON.
ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.
THERE IS A 30% RESTOCKING FEE FOR RETUNED ITEMS.
- JEWELRY may be exchanged with prior approval. Please understand that each jewelry piece is handmade and unique due to the stones, many are one of a kind. We will do our best to work out a suitable replacement with you.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise where the tags must be on the item to be sold as “New with Tags”. Thank you for your understanding.
- All of our HANDBAGS and BELTS are individually made. Beads, colors, and dye lots may vary. This is what makes each bag special and unique. We cannot re-photograph every bag received. Your item may vary slightly from our photograph due to the nature of digital images, computer monitors and other hardware limitations, colors may not be reproduced perfectly. We make every effort to depict our items as accurately as we can so that you are happy with your purchase.
You must obatin a return authorization number from us for all returns. Unathorized returns will be refused. We cannot be responsible for unauthorized or lost returns.
If an exchange has been granted, buyer agrees to pay any costs involved in the exchange including any applicable price difference, return shipping and the new shipping for new item. Item must be post marked within 7 days from delivery date and must be in exactly same condition with all tags so that item may be sold as "New with Tags".
SHIPPING:
We ship to the address on your eBay checkout, at the time the item is sold (when your auction ends or when you Buy it Now, not when payment is made). It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct address is registered with eBay when making a purchase. If you recently made a purchase and are or will be moving, going on vacation, etc., contact us! We are happy to hold the shipment until you can safely receive it.
We are not responsible for your package once it has been turned over to the carrier/shipper. This is why insurance is included for domestic shipments and available for International shipments. Should your package become lost or damaged, we will file a claim on your behalf, with the shipper.
If your item is damaged in shipping please notify us immediately. You must keep all shipping materials to file a claim, if not this item will not be covered by insurance and we will not be responsible. We are happy to say we rarely have damaged shipments. DAMAGE/CLAIMS:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We will file a claim with the carrier, on your behalf, as long as the package is insured. Once the paper work is filled out on both ends and the claim has been paid to us we will then refund the entire amount. We used to pay the claims right away, but some customers did not fill out the paperwork on their end so we were unable recieve the claim.
FEEDBACK POLICY:
We work on a reciprocal feedback system. Once feedback is left, it is responded to in kind. We strive to ensure 100% of our customers are happy and want to shop with us again. If there is an issue, before leaving any derogatory feedback, give our customer service department the courtesy to resolve the issue. We will do our very best to resolve any issue and continue to make your eBay buying experience pleasant.
