RETURN POLICY:

• With the exceptions of works damaged during shipment, or errors in the listings, all sales are final.

  We do not accept returns on our fine art giclees because the color or the size doesn't work for you once you get it home. Each computer monitor can show colors differently. If you have any questions about colors you must ask any and all questions before bidding. ** If a work is damaged during shipment and the box shows any sign of damage when the carrier delivers it - REFUSE the package and make sure that the driver notes any and all damage to the package. Your money will be refunded in full when any damage occurs during shipping.

RESERVE AUCTIONS:

 If any auction has a reserve price listed we will share the reserve price with you if you are currently bidding on the item.  Reserve prices are not shared with non bidders.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TERMS:

• The shipping and handling charge if you reside in the United States is listed clearly in each auction listing and store listing.

• International Shipping on all orders shipped outside the U.S. is higher than what is listed in the auction/store listing. If you are outside of the U.S. - you MUST email first and let us know your address and POSTAL CODE. We will check the rate for you and email you with your total shipping and handling charges.

• We ship out two business days a week via UPS and sometimes USPS. If you need a 'rush' on an order, email first before bidding to see if we can have it to you by when you need it. We can overnight orders, or send 2-3 day, but please email us to see if we can rush the order for you, and what the additional charges will be.

FINE ART GICLEE PRINTS:

My original paintings are no longer sold on eBay. The value of my original paintings has  continued to rise each year from the start of my online selling career in 2003.  My originals can now be purchased from the galleries and agents representing my works throughout the U.S. and abroad, as well as direct from my offline gallery.  My originals range in price from between $2,000 to $25,000. 

Here on ebay you will find a selection of some of my open edition and limited edition fine art giclee prints on canvas and paper in very affordable price ranges from $99.00 to $599.00.  We are pleased to say that we receive rave reviews on our fine art giclee prints.The great majority that view my line of giclee prints in person tell us they look just like original paintings.  We take great pride in that and are pleased to say we have 100% positive feedback.
