We value our customers and try our best to make sure that all of our merchandise is up to our standards and is accurately described in our listings. Should for some reason a customer not wish to keep the item(s) he or she has purchased we have in place the following return policy.
If for any reason an item is to be returned, it must be returned in same condition as when sent.
Merchandise credit is given which can be used for any merchandise in our ebay store.
No refund is given on shipping and handling.
Seller assumes no responsibility for uninsured items which become lost or damaged in shipping.
Shipping and Handling
- We ship worldwide.
- We combine shipping by weighing all items that are being sent in the same box. USPS through ebay figures the cost and for most items, a fifty cent handling charge per item is added.
- We attempt to mail the least expensive, fastest way. If when we actually mail the items, the amount the customer paid and the actual cost plus handling is vastly different, we give store credit for the difference.
- We attempt to mail within one business day.
