REFUND, SHIPPING AND OTHER POLICIES
It is extremely important to me that you are treated honestly and are satisfied with your all-around purchase experience. This is why I have a full refund policy. My goal is to have every buyer bid/buy with confidence and safety.
If you have any problems please let me know so we can find a solution that will resolve any concerns. I am confident “we” can work out any complaints/problems, if they happen to arise. Productive and helpful communication with the buyer is also a top priority of mine.

FULL REFUND POLICY:
· Full Refund of original shipping costs and price of item given to ensure you receive what you intended/wanted to purchase
· Item must be defective or not as described
· Notify me within 7 days upon receiving the item to request a refund, along with an explanation as to why you are requesting the refund
· Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
· Refund will be issued via Pay Pal
· Item must be returned in original condition, unless it is found to be defective or not as described after slight use of the item
· All orders are shipped within one business day once payment is received, so delivery of your purchase will occur as soon as possible
· My goal is to decrease shipping costs as much as possible while maintaining quality service
· You are welcome to request the use of a different shipping carrier/level of service if I am notified when the item is purchased ( USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS)
· Expedited shipping is available; notify me before or when item is purchased
· All domestic shipments will be tracked so you can be confident your purchase will arrive as intended
· INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE WELCOME ON MOST LISTINGS
o International Buyers are responsible for all customs and other duty fees/charges
o To ensure your purchase arrives as expected, I encourage the use of a tracking number, which is not included in the cost of shipping quoted in the listing
o Check which countries are eligible to participate in each auction/purchase by clicking on the “Shipping and Payment” tab within the main page of the listing (international shipping destinations may vary from listing to listing)

ADDITIONAL CHECKOUT INFORMATION:
Because I am not an authorized dealer for the brand of products I sell, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the manufacturer to check the status of a factory warranty (if one is offered). If an item is purchased from a dealer who is not an authorized dealer, the warrant may be void.
