Our store is opened 24/7 for shopping, but our office hours are T-F 11am-5pm Central Standard Time.  You can purchase items at anytime, but we only process orders, send invoices and answer emails during office hours.  Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1- 3 business days, but can take longer if products are out of stock and need to be re-order.  All products are available for worldwide shipping, but please follow our International Shipping Policies.  For all International Orders, you must ask for an invoice before paying, please read our International Shipping Policy on our Shipping Charges page first.  If you are ordering multiple items, please ask for invoice before paying, the eBay system can't calculate our shipping discounts and will overcharge you on shipping if you pay when ordering.  To be sure you are getting the correct shipping discounts please ask for invoice before paying.  Please go to our Shipping Charges page to see our shipping discounts.  We pride ourselves on 100% Customer Satisfaction, so if you have any problems or complaints with your shopping experience with us, please let us know and we will make every effort possible to address any concerns you may have.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the quantities of our listings, we run a brick & mortar store also and since there is no way to keep these two inventory counts current at all times, sometimes an item listed on eBay may have already been sold out in our store.  If this happens, we will make every effort to get that item back in stock, which may delay shipment of your order.  If we are unable to get that item back in stock in a timely matter, then we will refund the cost of the item back to you.  If this happens, we will always contact you to let you know what is happening with your order. Due to eBay’s new pricing restrictions we will no longer be allowed to list any item for under $1 in our store.  We have offset all price increases either through the shipping costs or by selling single items in multiples, please visit our Shipping Charges page for further info on how we offset these price increases.  We have strenuously objected to this new rule, but so far it has done no good.  We ask that you also contact eBay and voice your objections to these new rules.  You can do so by clicking this link CONTACT EBAY.  We will still continue to fight these new rule changes so that we can offer our customers the best Scrapbooking items at the best prices.

With the changing economy and ever increasing postage rates it is getting to expensive to continue to process, fill & ship small orders, especially with one priced shipping of $2.50 on most of our items.  As a result we will be charging a $3.50 Process & Handling charge on all orders with a subtotal of $6.00 and under.   If your order's subtotal is over $6, then the Process & Handling charge will be waived.  The subtotal is the combined total of all your items minus Insurance, Shipping & Taxes.  With one priced shipping of $2.50 total on most items under $6, it would be to expensive to ship out these smaller orders, to avoid this Process & Handling just make sure your order's subtotal is over the $6 minimum requirement.  If you are unsure of your order's subtotal, please request an invoice before making payment.  Any orders that are paid before hand and are under the $6 minimum order requirement will be refunded and a new invoice with the $3.50 Process & Handling charge applied will be sent out.  International orders, except those coming from Canada & Mexico are exempt from the $6 minimum purchase requirement.
