| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We currently do not accept returns for most of our items because of the delicate nature of the items we sell. The only exception to this, would be for incorrect items shipped; or items that are significantly different from the listing. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes...in most cases we do. Please refer to the individual listing for more information. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:Once we have received your cleared payment, it should take no more than 5-7 business days to receive your merchandise....but usually sooner. We may also be able to expedite your order: but you will need to contact us prior to placing your order, to find out if it is available. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Generally, shipping price ranges from $2-3 for the first item; and then .25 for each additional item: for shipments going to all points in the USA. There is a max (in most cases) of $6.00 flat fee (see listing for more information). Canadian orders, please add an additional $1.50 US |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We will ship worldwide. For points other than Canada, please write for a quote. |
| Q:Can I combine multiple purchases on one invoice? |
|
| A:Invoices are generated on a daily basis. If you are going to be making several purchases, and would like for them all to be on one invoice: you MUST contact us immediately to let us know. You must complete your purchases within three days for your purchases to be combined on one invoice: unless other arrangements are made and approved in advance. |
