If Buyer is participating in any of my other auctions, payment will be deferred until said auction(s) is/are concluded.
PAYMENT METHODS: PayPal is the preferred method of payment - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-checks all available through PayPal. Money Orders, Certified Checks or Cashier’s Checks are acceptable, but item(s) can NOT be shipped until payment is received and processed/ cleared.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY PAYMENT, but an explanation will be given.
MINIMUMS? NO, as PayPal is always welcome. HOWEVER, I would prefer and appreciate a Money Order or concealed cash with prior agreement when item total is less than $5.00. Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks or Certified Checks are easy to get and are certainly acceptable for any purchase.
International payments through PayPal, by credit card and in US$ only, please. Shipping estimates given in listings, but are subject to change. Exact shipping and handling will be listed on invoice.
All International Sales are Final. No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Buyer to pay for all shipping/handling fees.
Most items will be shipped to the contiguous US via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. A more economical means of shipping will always be considered, providing it does NOT compromise expediency.
Heavy items can also be shipped via UPS, and that option will be made available where necessary.
Worldwide shipping is available on select items. Please inquire where necessary and not noted.
Item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of payment. The quicker the payment, the quicker the ship!
(A nominal handling fee is included to cover the cost of shipping supplies.)
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT SHIP TO UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES.
COMBINED SHIPPING: I will gladly combine shipping, but only if one payment is made. Payment should be made from one invoice which includes all purchases that are to be combined in a single shipment.
Please note: All custom photos, specialty cards and pre-made pages WILL be shipped USPS Priority Mail. This is to ensure that the item arrives to you intact and not bent.

RETURN POLICY: I list ALL my items fairly and honestly. Please ask questions before you bid. If I make mistake, I will take full responsibility and correct it, if possible.
Customer Satisfaction is my goal.
I am NOT responsible for items broken/damaged once they leave my home and enter the shipping process. If you are concerned, please purchase the Insurance (a Buyer’s option) that is offered. In addition, I am NOT responsible for non-receipt of items. I pay for delivery confirmation and will gladly provide that information to you in the event it is necessary.
All Sales are considered Final. No returns, exchanges or credits will be given. At seller's sole discretion and with seller approval, items may be returned within 3 days. Refunds to be given in form of cash.
If there is a problem with your order, however, please advise me within three days of receiving your item(s) and I’ll make a reasonable effort to correct the situation.
