I don't have a problem with refunding a customer when there has been an error or are just not happy. I do require communication first--see if we can hammer out a resolution. If you are still not content I will gladly refund you the amount the actual item sold for without shipping.
Sellers have the right to set their own prices independently, but some manufacturers place restrictions on how these prices will be displayed or communicated to others.
