| A:We gladly accept returns within 14 days of your purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable, so we strongly encourage carefully reading the listing, and accurate measuring when measurements are given. We are happy to answer any questions before your purchase to prevent the need for a return. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:YES! We encourage you to take a look around our store for items that you could combine with another purchase. The savings is usually substantial and in some cases another item can be added for no additional shipping cost. Generally we add all of the item weights together. If items are shipped flat rate, each additional item is $2.00. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship fast! Usually within two business days of cleared payment. Transit time is based on the service you select and destination. Domestic Priority Mail items arrive within 2-3 days, in most cases. We are open to special requests so if you want an item very quickly we can get it to you in some cases over night. Additional charges would apply. |

| A:Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight and destination of your item. A few things are shipped flat rate. The shipping calculator will give you the exact firmly quoted cost per item. We add a small handling charge of $2.00 - domestic and $3.00 - International for supplies and fuel to transport your items to the shipping outlet. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes. Shipping charges are given in the shipping calculator. International combined shipping would have to be quoted based on the weights and sizes of the items you are interested. |
| Q:Do you add a handling charge to the shipping cost? |

| A:Yes, we add $2.00 to the actual shipping cost on domestic and $3.00 on international packages. The handling charge pays for boxes we purchase, bubble wrap, packing paper, and fuel to transport the packages to the shipping outlet. When shopping on eBay compare the total item price with the shipping charge to make sure you get the best deal. |
| Q:What if the shipping charge looks too high? |

| A:Email us. In some cases the shipping calculator may have the wrong weight entered or is unable to calculate accurately a combined purchase. WE CAN FIX IT! |
