1. How do I measure my paper roll?
Rolls are listed as Roll width x Roll diameter
i.e.: 3 1/8” x 3" (3 1/8 width x 3” diameter)

2. What if my product is not listed?

Please call (800) 995-9226 with the model number of the machine or description of the product needed. We will search for your product and call you with a quote.

3. How do I place an order?

You may either use our online ordering system or call us toll free at (800) 995-9226. We will be happy to process your order either way.

4. What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order.

5. How and when can I expect my order to be shipped?

We ship most orders FedEx Ground. We ship all orders received before 3:00pm (eastern) same day.

6. What are the accepted forms of payment?

We accept most major credit cards, checks, and we can ship orders COD (with a fee of $8.50). Please call for any other payment arrangements.

7. Pricing Errors?

While every effort is made to have correct pricing listed. A1paperrolls is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If an error is made we will call you with the correct pricing before processing your order.

8. Is my personal information secure?

YES. Your information is absolutely secure. We use Thawte™ Certificate Encryptior which encrypts all of your information for your security.

9. Do you offer any type of guarantee?

YES. WE offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, meaning exactly that. You will receive full product replacement or refund if you are not completely satisfied with your order (Please note that shipping charges are not refundable).

YES. Within seconds of your order, we will send you an email confirming your order complete with the necessary details.

Call our (800) 995-9226 to receive a return authorization number.

13. What if I purchase a new machine and no longer need the paper I have.

A1paperrolls has an answer for that too. We will buy the paper back as long as it was bought from us within a year of purchase and give you full credit towards the new paper you need.
