A++ One thing I should mention - to anyone purchasing the same doorbell, Arlo requires a monthly subscription to access typical features. I did not know that prior, my experience was with cameras which had not needed that. Without that subscription, it's not very useful, no video recording etc. Just FYI. Thankfully seller had a good price! Another positive with them.

Exactly as described. Would love to do business with this seller again! Tracking was listed as USPS, however the shipper uses UPS to ship. A small misunderstanding about tracking, but besides that 100% on the ball. Responds to customer questions promptly.
