The seller accepted the return, but I was out a total of $32.50 shipping charges both ways and ended up with nothing. I have purchased items that were missing parts and the seller would not respond. "Thats a rip off"! That is no way to do business and we will "NEVER" rip a customer off. If you ever have a problem with either us or an item we sold to you, we are here just as much to solve that problem as we are to sell. Our motto is "TAKE CARE OF A CUSTOMER AND EVERYTHING ELSE WILL TAKE CARE OF ITSELF" There should never be a reason to leave a negative feedback for us, we will always take care of any problem! If an item needs to be returned, and it's our fault, you will never be out of pocket a penny. We do not claim that every seller on Ebay will take advantage of you, some are very good and they should be patronized, shop from those sellers that have a good feedback record and you will generally end up happy.
