| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, please see the auction ad for combined S/H price. Currently, eBay's checkout isn't always giving the reduced amount so you can either email us for a correct invoice, input the over-charge in the Discount section of the checkout, or use the AuctionHelper invoice you'll receive after the auction. |

| A:All of our autographs are guaranteed authentic for life. We do not accept returns for any other reason. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship all items out within three BUSINESS days. Most orders go out sooner. |

| Q:Is this a real hand-signed autograph, or a reproduction? |

| A:We NEVER sell reproductions of any kind unless specifically and clearly stated in the ad. We occasionally sell vintage photos with facsimile signatures, but we clearly state that they are unsigned and they are NEVER listed in the autograph categories. |
