We manufacture our own products in our small manufacturing facility in SC. Quite literally, all of our bedding pieces are sewn one-at-a-time. This allows us to provide an excellent quality product! We don’t skimp on fabric quality or components and we are constantly re-evaluating our processes to find ways to improve. Specifics on the construction of particular products are listed below! |
This is where our process begins. We spend a great deal of time selecting quality fabrics for our products. Our goal is fabrics that are soft yet durable. We want them to be easy-care, and to maintain their size with very minimal shrinkage after washing. (All fabrics with cotton have some shrinkage after laundering!) We offer a variety of thread counts and fabric contents to fit every preference and budget! |
There are things about our products you may notice (the softness of our fabrics) and there are some things that you probably won’t “see” (we reinforce all stress points.) As you use our products you will appreciate the many little extras that we do to make our bedding products last for many years of daily use! Read below for more specifics on each of our bedding products and components. |

Our fitted sheets are constructed with ½” elastic sewn completely around the bottom of the sheet. This provides a much snugger, stay-put fit than sheets with elastic just on the corners. We recently upgraded to the ½” elastic as it provides more durability than thinner elastics. We reinforce all seams at the corners since this is where fitted sheets often wear out. When putting the sheet on the bed, the corner pockets receive the most stress as they are pulled to fit on the mattress. So, we take some extra time to reinforce those seams! |
We don’t skimp on the size of the top sheet! We make the top sheet big enough to have a nice “drop” on each side of the bed. We also finish the top seam with a beautiful 4” lockstitch hem. |
Pillowcases tend to get the most wear of all your bedding parts, so we spend extra time on the construction of them! Just like on our top sheets, we use a beautiful 4” lockstitch hem. We also carefully reinforce all stress points in our pillowcases. |

We make our dust ruffles in a variety of lengths to accommodate many bed heights. We feature "EasyOn" construction on most of our bedskirts. This allows you install your bedskirt without removing your mattress! WOW! Our customers LOVE this feature! The quality of our construction is superb! On our dust ruffles that do have a platform (the flat part that goes between the mattress and box springs) we use a strong 200 thread count polyester/cotton blend fabric – not that fibrous, papery stuff you sometimes get! Our corners are split so to hang beautifully on a bed with corner posts. However, we overlap the corners, so if your bed does not have corner posts, the bed skirt will still hang beautifully and look great! |

The most important factor in choosing a crib sheet is safe construction. It is imperative to get a crib sheet that fits the mattress snugly and won’t accidentally pull off. Our crib sheets are awesome! We use our ½” elastic sewn securely all the way around and our pocket depth is 7” – slightly deeper than most crib mattresses, to ensure a good fit, even with a mattress pad. |

Our Toddler sheets pair our classic crib sheet with a top sheet that our customers rave about! The top sheet is sized to fit a standard crib or toddler mattress, but the bottom end has elastic sewn in to keep the top sheet on the bed! |

Our top selling specialty line, these sheets are specifically made to fit mattresses in Campers & RV’s. These mattresses are most often NOT a standard bed size and they are usually resting on a platform which enables the mattress to slide around quite a bit. For this reason, we make the top sheet with ½” elastic sewn around the bottom end of the sheet. This keeps the sheet on the bed! In addition, since Camper and RV mattresses are often shorter than home mattresses, we realize that taller people may have feet that poke off the end of the bed. No problem! We make the top sheet extra long so if your sleeping partner is pulling the sheet down, you still have ample sheet to pull up on your side! As with all our fitted sheets, we securely sew ½” elastic all the way around the fitted sheet. |

Wow! This is what our customers say about our Mattress pads. They are constructed with soft, yet durable 300 thread count 100% cotton satin stripe white fabric for the top. They are filled with 100% new polyester fiberfill and then lock-stitch quilted for extra durability and extra long life. The sides are made of a strong, 200 thread count 50% cotton, 50% polyester sheeting fabric – also in white – and has our ½” elastic sewn entirely around for a snug fit. When finished they are a plush ½ inch thick. They are machine washable and are available in standard depths or in extra deep for Pillow top or extra deep mattresses. |
