Terms of Sale
- If you are unhappy for any reason, please me before leaving feedback, so that we can resolve any issues.
* Please include your "eBay User ID" and "Item Number" in your email.
Gaurantee:
- I will replace or refund any item lost or damaged in Shipment.
Returns:
- Returns accepted for Store Credit less Shipping and Handling Charges.
- Please me for approval before returning any item.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as sent within 14 days of delivery.
Payment Instructions
- Payment must be received within Ten (10) days of purchase.
- Multiple Item Purchases: When you Purchase more than one Item from any of my Listings, Please me when you are finished and I will Combine your purchases into one Invoice with Combined Shipping and Handling and send you the Combined Invoice. You can then click on the "Pay Now" button to complete your purchase.
- PayPal: Please use the "Pay Now" button and Choose the option to pay with Paypal.
- You can also pay at www.paypal.com and clicking the "Send Money" Tab.
Send payment to sales@abrestaurantsupply.com and enter the eBay Item Number.
- PayPal eChecks: Your purchase will ship when the eCheck clears.
* Domestic - Normally 3-5 Business days.
* International - Normally 8-10 business days.
- ProPay: Pay directly with your Credit Card. No Account Necessary.
* Click the "Pay Now" button and Choose the ProPay option.
- Other: Please me within Three(3) days to find out if that method of payment is accepted.
* Please include your "eBay User ID" and "Item Number" in your email.
Shipping
- I will Ship within one(1) Business day of receipt of Payment.
International:
- I ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Japan and Australia. Please see the Item Description for Shipping and Handling Charges.
- I will ship to Other Countries at my discretion. Please me before Bidding for Approval.
- International Buyers are responsible for any Duty or Taxes owed. Customs forms will not be falsified.
- Shipping Quote: You can check the Shipping and Handling cost yourself, by going to the "Shipping and Payments" section of the listing and entering your country, zipcode and quantity, then clicking the "Get Rates" button. This will calculate the Shipping and Handling for that listing automatically, without purchasing the item.
* You can also a list of the items you are interested in and I will send you a quote.
