I advise you not to buy items from this seller, they have very bad customer service and they did not deliver the item to me, they only gave me the envelope without the item and it cost me $130 and they did not resolve anything and I lost my money. les aconsejo que no compre artículos de este vendedor tiene muy mal atención al cliente y no me entregaron el articulo solo me entregaron el sobre sin el articulo y me costó $130 y no e resolvieron nada y perdí mi dinero

NOT AS DESCRIBED ! NOT PRE-PROGRAMMED ! Contacted seller prior to purchase TO VERIFY that it would be pre-programmed, i was assured that it would be, it was not and cost me a rental car for a week, as well as the shipping and programming charges. Seller was non-responsive, no communication. The ECU has already failed. Lesson learned, Buy a new one, not a rebuilt one.

We requested your vin # in order to program it which we did ,You have another company attempt programming and most likely why it has failed , Why didn't you simply return it and request a replacement ? Your only 6 hours from us in Georgia ,we are Tennessee, and you ship it to California? Something doesn't add up .

I have attempted to phone multiple times and message through ebay a couple times and haven't gotten a response. I had no communication sent to me before the seller suddenly decided to cancel my order. Due to this sudden cancellation, I did not see the cancellation email until after I already shipped my ECU out for repair. I've been trying to contact you since through phone and messages and have been unsuccessful. Under the reason why you put "buyer requested cancellation" which I did not.
