Soundstream reference Picasso was packed very well and shipped right away. Item was as described. L4 the inductor between the rectifiers and rail caps was shorted. Amplifier now powers on and works as intended. Will have to replace a few switches but luckily I have lots of new switches for Soundstream reference amps. Will definitely do business again.
