They said product was in stock and ready to ship but they ordered direct from factory as was not in stock, If I would have known this I can buy direct from factory. They were good to deal with and i did get the product I needed. just wish they were honest up front on there site..

The coffee brewer was poorly packed and had water in the system that damaged the box. The main damage to box was on the top corner, which meant the brewer spent some time during delivery upside down. It's a heavy commercial brewer and adding "fragile" or "this side up' to the box would've probably helped. I have also asked for a copy of the receipt to be emailed to me and I got zero response from the seller. The brewer is also missing a cascading spray dome.
