SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION:

In most cases items are shipped out within 48 hours of purchase. Sometimes delays do happen. I will notify you if the delay is longer then 48 hours, but this is very rare.

I will discount shipping on multiple items won, but they must be paid for in the same invoice. I will no longer refund overpaid shipping due do to time constraints. If you would like me to send an adjusted invoice please select "Send me a total" on the items page when you are done shopping. Rates are determined on the weight of the additional items, in most cases it is half price shipping, much of the time less then half. The highest shipping charge will always be full price.

I am not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or broken in the mail if insurance is not purchased. Insurance is optional, and available on all of my auctions. I recommend insurance on all items for protection.

UNCONFIRMED paypal address WILL delay your shipment. If your payment arrives as unconfirmed it must be confirmed before your item is shipped. I will email you every other day until I hear from you, and if I don't hear back from you within 30 days I will refund your money (less ebay fees) and report it to eBay.

Please note that my shipping charges are not just based on shipping, but also handling charges. This includes packaging supplies (envelopes, bubble wrap, tape, paper, printer ink, etc)

UNPAID ITEMS:

Payments are supposed to be made within 3 days of auctions end per my policy. If you need more time just let me know. I'm very understanding and will be more the glad to give you additional time as needed, but I ask that you contact me to let me know that there will be a delay. IF ITEM IS NOT PAID FOR IN 7 DAYS YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO EBAY. IF DISPUTE IS NOT RESOLVED NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WILL BE LEFT AND THE ITEM WILL BE RELISTED. DISPUTES MAY RESULT IN A STRIKE ON YOUR ACCOUNT AND IN SOME CASES YOU MAY LOSE YOUR ACCOUNT.

Due to the amount of question I recieve each day, sometimes it may take me a day or 2 to respond to the message. I try and respond to them as soon as I see them, but sometimes there are so many I can't get to them all at once.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

I will ship international, but buyers MUST contact me before bidding. I cannot ship these items to certain countries because of different laws so please check with me before bidding so that we both don't lose on the situtation. I am NOT responsible for customs fees. I am not responsible for international orders that are lost in the mail. I will add insurance at your cost, but rates for shipping will be higher. Please contact me for these rates!

RETURNS

I do NOT accept returns of any kind due to sanitary reasons. I will only take returns if I made a mistake in the listing. Please bring all mistakes to my attention as soon as possible. Item must be returned to me before new item is shipped out so that I can verify that a mistake was made. If replacement item is not available a refund will be given. Terms of return will be discussed if the rare occation does happen.
