- For your convenience we offer a 90 day return policy on most items.
- If you wish to return anything, we are very easy to deal with. Please email or call us at 866-850-5465 between 9am-5pm eastern time, Monday through Friday. We will authorize the return and give you appropriate return shipping instructions.
- No returns will be accepted without authorization.
- All returns are subject to the item being in the same new, salable condition it was received in, and in its original packaging.
- Custom-made, custom-ordered or custom-colored items are not returnable. This includes brake and fuel line sets and carpets in colors other than black.
- No returns on electrical items.
- If you are in doubt regarding whether or not something can be returned, please contact us and ask before you purchase.
- Any alteration or evidence of installation will render the item unreturnable.
- You pay all return shipping charges. COD returns will not be accepted.
- If, in our estimation, the item is found to have a significant defect, it will be replaced and we will pay all shipping charges. If you'd prefer a refund rather than a replacement item, we will issue a refund as soon as possible after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- All returned items with non-existing or non-significant defects are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
- All returned truck freight items are subject to an additional $125.00 restocking surcharge per shipment (if originally shipped to a legitimate stand-alone business address) or a $175.00 restocking charge (if originally shipped to a residential or home-based business address).
No exceptions. This applies to ALL truck freight shipments, even to items originally shipped with 'free' shipping.
- If you are returning anything, it is your responsibility to pack all items appropriately. You are now the shipper and are responsible for any potential damage claims with the freight company.
