SHIPPING POLICIES
- We ship to the continental 48 states only.
- All items are shipped insured.
- We need a street address for shipping. FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.
- Whenever possible, we will combine shipping to save you money.
- All packages will ship via UPS or FedEx, unless being shipped via truck freight. We will not ship via USPS.
- Most items ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- CARPETS are custom-made to order and typically take 1-3 business days to ship from the date payment is received.
- Paypal customers: We strictly follow Paypal's Seller Protection Policy rules regarding shipping. If you pay with Paypal, we will ONLY ship to the shipping address that appears on the Paypal Transaction Details page. No exceptions, sorry. If your Paypal shipping address is a PO Box, we will refund your payment, since we cannot ship to a PO Box.
- Backorders/Shipping Delays: While we strive to maintain a sufficient quantity of items in stock at all time, occasionally we will stock-out on certain items, due to either greater-than-anticipated sales or a manufacturer backorder. In a case such as that, a delay may occur before shipping your item while we wait for supply to be replenished. If a delay of more than 7 business days is anticipated, we will notify you promptly, in which case you can either choose to wait or receive a refund.
- Drop-Shipped Items/Pre-Sale Items: Drop-shipping allows us to ship faster and more efficiently, cut costs and pass the savings along to you in the form of reduced prices. Most large and/or heavy items in our auctions are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. To comply with eBay's requirements concerning drop-shipped items, please be aware that the item in this auction is a PRE-SALE ITEM and is guaranteed to be shipped to you no later than 14 business days from the date your payment is received.
- Shortages: You must notify us within 2 business days of receipt of your package to report any shortages.
- Damaged UPS / FedEx packages: Damaged packages are the responsibility of the delivery company. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of receiving a damaged package, you must report it immediately to the delivery company or a claim may not be honored. Please let us know right away if you are reporting a damaged UPS or FedEx package, so that we can arrange to reship new merchandise to you as soon as possible.
- Damaged Truck Freight Shipments are the responsibility of the delivery company. Don't get burned! Check for damage before signing! Truck freight shipments require a signature upon delivery. What you are signing is a legal document agreeing that the items were delivered to you in good, undamaged condition. Once this document has been signed, the freight company is no longer responsible for any damage claim. DO NOT SIGN for delivery until you have thoroughly inspected all items for damage. Even if the box looks OK, the contents may still be damaged. If any damage is found upon inspection, it MUST be noted on the delivery receipt or any damage claim WILL NOT be honored. If you do not wish to keep the damaged item, please REFUSE IT and we will reship new merchandise to you. If you sign for and accept delivery of any item(s) in a truck freight shipment without noting the damage upon the delivery ticket, we wll not be able to help you in any way, should damage or any other issue be discovered later on. This means we will not be able to give you a refund or ship new merchandise to you free of charge. It means we will not be able to pay for return shipping or even accept a return of the damaged item(s) at all.
