Will it fit my sink?  How to choose my faucets?

A 1-hole sink has only one faucet-mounting hole.  Nowadays, single hole faucet is one of the most popular design in the market.  Single hole faucets can also be used for countertops.  Escutcheons or deck plates are usually optional.

A 3-hole sink is very common. Depending on the spacing of holes you can choose a mini-widespread, or widespread faucet.  Widespread faucets can also be used with vessel sinks which is very common in modern bathrooms.

Vessel Sink

Vessel sinks, also known as above-counter sinks or countertop sinks.  Vessel sinks can come with or without holes for mounting faucets. Vessels that do not have faucet-mounting holes require either counter-mount faucets with spouts that are tall enough to clear the vessel or wall-mount faucets.
