Shipping Information

• Buyer will pay actual shipping cost plus minimal packing fee. Insurance is suggested on all items. Please see shipping calculator for exact shipping charges. If you feel there is an error in the shipping calculator please email angelia@afreshdesign.com for an exact quote.
  
• We ship U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, Parcel Post, and First Class Only.
  
• We only ship to U.S. addresses.
  
• We ship from zip code 37191.
  
• We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment receipt. If payment received on Friday Afternoon, Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays we will ship the following Monday. (Except when Monday falls on a holiday).
  
• We WILL combine shipping on auctions or store sales that end in the same week. This will help you save shipping costs. The only time we will not do this is when the items are too large or could incur damage by packing more than one item together. You will need to notify us that you want your items packaged together because we might not catch it otherwise.

• Payment MUST be received within 10 days of the end of the auction or we will be forced to file unpaid item reminder and final value fee refund of our fees. You will be blocked from bidding on any of our auctions and you can put your account with Ebay in jeopardy.
  
• PLEASE allow a reasonable amount of time for us to return emails. We try to answer all emails within 24 hours but emergencies do happen and we do take some time off :)
  
• By using buy it now in our store you agree to the terms and conditions that we have set.
