| A:We ship worldwide directy from our BALI office and prefer to use FedEx Express for fast and secure deliveries. We ship also via Standard Shipping=Registered Airmail, which will be delivered via your local post office. Registered Airmail is very slow (10 to 30 days) and should be only used if you have time to wait for the long delivery time. |

| A:Registered Airmail is VERY SLOW & should be only used if you have time to wait for the long delivery time. Registered Airmail takes 10-30 days & sometimes even much longer (sometimes up to 6weeks). Registered Airmail does not have any tracking number & can only be traced via our local post office if the shipment did not arrive after after 6 weeks. |

| A:The majority of pearls we can either half drill or fully drill for you. We do not charge for drilling. However, for a small percentage of pearls are not equipped and can not do drilling for you.
