| A:We ship worldwide directy from our BALI office and prefer to use FedEx Express for fast and secure deliveries. We ship also Registered Airmail, which will be delivered via your local post office. Registered Airmail is very slow and should be only used if you have time to wait for the long delivery time. |
| Q:How can I combine items in one shipment? |

| A:We offer combine shipping for all items from our eBay store/auction over a period of 10days. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of all items in 1 shipment. | Q:Should I use the cheaper shipping option via Registered Airmail? |

| A:Registered Airmail is VERY SLOW and should be only used if you have time to wait for the long delivery time. Registered Airmail takes 10 to 30 days and sometimes even much much longer (sometimes up to 6 weeks). |
| Q:I need my shipment fast. What do I have to do? |

| A:Only FedEx Express is fast and takes only 2 to 4 days to arrive. Please do not select Registered Airmail, if it is urgent and you can not wait for the longer delivery time. |
