This is a fantastic and very ethical seller. There was an issue with it not aligning and printing correctly right out of the box, which was likely caused during shipment and they took immediate action to make things right and swapped it out. Tony was fantastic, responsive and super helpful, thank you Tony! I would recommend them highly and would not hesitate doing business with them again. This could have been a nightmare but they made it a very pleasant experience and I love this machine!
