| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We SHIP t-shirts within 3 business days, license plates & batting helmets ship within 5 business days. Time in transit depends upon location and the shipping method selected. Orders do take longer sometimes and the time frame is only our best estimate. We do not guarantee delivery dates! |

| A:YES! We ship via USPS Worldwide at a cost of $9.95 for the first item + $2.00 for each additional item (batting helmets are more). We ship to CANADA for less than other countries and shipping cost should be posted in that item's details.

| A:Please put the Name or any other personalization for your item in the Note to Seller box provided at Paypal during checkout. If you purchase from eBay express the note box will not appear. In this case, please email us immediately after paying with the information. Put the eBay item number as the subject line of your email. |
| Q:Do you accept Custom Orders? |

| A:We can change the color and writing on any of our existing designs at no extra charge upon request. We can sometimes accept custom artwork orders. Please email us a picture or your idea and we will send you a quote. During the holiday season or other busy time we will not be able to accept custom orders. We regret any inconvenience. |
