Please make payment within 5 days. The price provided is an estimate for delivery to the US and Canada. Additional Lululmeon items with a shipping rate of 15.00 or less, ship for 2.00 when combined with another item that has expedited shipping. Free ship items do not count as the first item when combining shipping but will ship fro free as an add on item. For combined shipping discount, please contact me for your total.  Q: Why is there a black line on some rip it out tags?
  A: Most Lululemon items will have this mark so the item cannot be returned to a Lululemon store.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: YES! The heaviest item ships for the lsited rate and the second for 2.00 (sometimes free depending on the items). Hairties, headbands and other small items ship for and additional one dollar. At times I personally reduce the first item cost due to the buyers location.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: I try to use expedited whenever possible. Within Canada, that is anywhere from 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. I use airmail for US shipments unless the item is heavy or needs extra insurance, then I use expedited which can take from 6 to 12 business days. With expedited, you have a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: My shipping and handling is free on ost items and minimal on auctions with a low staring point.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Yes! Smaller, lighter items can usually be shipped for the same cost as domestic shipping.
 Q: Are the Lululemon items authentic?
  A: I only deal with authentic items. I prefer to sell only new items that I have purchased from LULULEMON stores. The only used items I will sell are things from my private collection. This insures that you have top quality, authentic Lululemon. My items all have tags attatched as all authentic items should.
 Q: Do you allow for local pick ups?
  A: Due to the fact that I do not have a physical store, I cannot arrange for local pick up.
 Q: Do you offer personal shopping?
  A: Yes, please contact me and I will try to locate any item for you.
 Q: I have not received an answer to my question sent through the ebay messaging sysytem, why?
  A: Please understand that there are times when messages are not delivered to my inbox. If there is a delay, I am sorry.
 Q: Do you recommend any other Lululemon stores?
  A: At one time I did, but many sellers look to reduce cost by buying from untrusted sources. I do not think a seller in Hong Kong that is not affiliated with Lululemon will have authentic merchandise. so I can no longer reccomend other stores.

  A: International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility. check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by delivering freight.
 Q: Do you offer returns/exchanges?
  A: I have a no return/exchange policy and it is clearly stated in my listings. Do not think leaving negative feedback will cause me to take your items back. When I am asked to do a return, I check the buyers fb and fb left for others. If you have a history of returning it will be obvious, you have no chance at me changing my mind.
 Q: What if the item does not fit or is the wrong color?
  A: I access every situtation individually. I ask that all potential buyers ask questions before purchasing. My listings are very descriptive. Items are sized by LULULEMON. Colour is taken from the tag. If I did decide to give a return, I deduct 25% from the total sale & buyer is pays for all shipping(original and return) plus ebay fees.
