Item was not as described. Very unhappy with my purchase as it was a collector item. I knew the cardboard was damaged when purchased but seller did not disclose a complete crack and missing piece in the plastic. Still listed as "NEW, Undamaged, unopened in package", which was false even from the evident crease in the cardboard shown in the photos. Extremely disappointed in my product.

Buyer contacted me about a crack in the bottom of the plastic bubble on one of the auction items she purchased. I did not see this or I would have noted/photographed it. I apologized and asked what she thought was appropriate action. She wanted to return one item, keep the other, receive a refund of half auction cost, and have me pay foreign shipping for return. My offer was a full refund, including original shipping, for return of all items. I would pay return shipping. She opted to keep items.
