Please ask questions BEFORE you buy ... all items are sold AS IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL so buy carefully ... NO RETURNS ACCEPTED! If there is a serious discrepancy or problem, contact me within the allotted time period so a mutual solution can be reached. If your purchase is returned, original and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed.
Most items are from estates and/or are on consignment so I can't guarantee no exposure to smoke and/or pets or dust and/or mustiness from storage. I use a fabric refresher and/or air before shipment on appropriate items but lingering odors may remain so take this into consideration. I rely on the owner for the item's details and condition used in the listing; I do inspect and note any flaws I see but may miss something occasionally ... I'm only human. Buying any item sight-unseen is a subjective process -- what I consider acceptable and in a certain condition, you may not -- so factor this into your decision before you purchase.
MARKDOWNS: I run frequent sales and if you are on my newsletter list you will receive advance notice. Items with a Best Offer displayed on a Markdown item are generally not accepted since discount has already been applied.
SHIPPING: I ship by weight and distance and always combine unless the items are too large or heavy to do so safely. Some multiple purchases [such as jewelry] may ship for the cost of one based on total weight. Please request a final invoice so shipping can be adjusted; any over-payment will not be refunded. I reserve the right to use a different shipping method or service. Occasionally, the shipping calculator will undercharge when using UPS as their rates are set by box size in addition to weight so I may have to request additional payment to cover the difference.
All items are available for pick-up by prior arrangement at no additional cost; for larger and/or heavier items, bring needed manpower and equipment. Purchases must be picked up within 14 days of purchase or item will be relisted, sold through another venue, or donated to charity, at my discretion. Your payment will not be refunded as two weeks is sufficient time to arrange for pick-up.
I do not offer international shipping due to the prohibitive cost of U.S. Post Office rates.
INSURANCE: Most fragile and high value items have Insurance included [at actual shipper rates] which is reflected in the s/h cost shown through the Shipping Calculator. If you would like to purchase Insurance on other items [to protect you against loss or damage in transit], contact me and I will send you a revised invoice; I only use actual shipper rates.
