| A:Our return can be access from each auction page. becuase sell many different products, Our Return policy varies from item to item. We suggest you go back to the auction page of the item in question and click on the "Return Policy" link on that page. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes we combine shipping on certain items. However, items that are posted as "Immediate Payment Only" are not eligible for combine shipping. Just look under the "Buy it Now" button on the auction page and if it says "Immediate Payment Only" then that product does not qualify for combine shipping. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Normal shipping time is 1 to 2 weeks. This means that you may receive your items anytime between one and fourteen business days. Most people receive their items within 2 to 3 days while others receive theirs later. Once we ship the items out , we have no control on the speed of delivery as sometimes UPS or USPS may have their own delays. |
