Received item with stains around belt loop front and back and on front pocket. (See photos) Item was sold as “New with Tag” but there were no tags. I believe these were used shorts and sold as new. Tried to contact seller but never got a response so I requested a refund thru eBay. Seller did give full refund. If there was something between negative and neutral that’s what I would rate this at. Not negative because I got my full refund.
