 Q: IS THIS ITEM COMPATIBLE WITH MY SYSTEM?
  A: Please consult your manual or Google the model # of your product. If you have tried but cannot find this information yourself, contact us through eBay messages and we will be happy to help.
 Q: WHY DO YOU NOT LEAVE FEEDBACK JUST FOR PAYING?
  A: We do not leave FB just for paying because not only is that what you are required to do when you click the buy button, it is what you willfully obligate yourself to do. Taking responsibility for one's self should not require a "reward". Also, scammers and a-holes pay immediately too, so it is not fair to you that we reward them just the same.
 Q: WHAT WILL BE REFUNDED IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED?
  A: The buyer is responsible for mandatory return shipping-no exceptions. If the problem is user error a refund of the purchase price will be given which does not include original shipping and handling costs. If the defect can be verified in most cases a full refund will be given excluding return shipping.
 Q: WILL THIS CPU WORK WITH MY MOTHERBOARD?
  A: Consult your manual or the manufacturer's website first. CPU support is determined by clock speed, bus speed, cache size, and socket type. Most manufacturer's will tell you which specific CPU models are supported.
 Q: WILL THIS RAM WORK IN MY COMPUTER?
  A: Consult your manual first. If you have a desktop system it likely does not support ECC ram, only non-ECC. Do not buy ram listed as ECC and hope for the best.
 Q: WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING INFORMATION?
  A: After you have received notification your item has been shipped, tracking can be found in the order details of the transaction in your My eBay. Refer to the Shipping/Tracking section for more information regarding tracking.
 Q: HOW DO I CONTACT THE SELLER TO REQUEST AN RMA OR RETURN?
  A: Contact us through eBay messages and give a detailed description of the problem. If we cannot solve the problem through troubleshooting you well be given RMA instructions.
 Q: HOW LONG IS MY WARRANTY?
  A: Unless otherwise stated, all items are guaranteed not to be DOA for 7 days after delivery, but are otherwise sold "AS IS".
 Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ITEM TO ARRIVE AFTER ITS BEEN SHIPPED?
  A: Standard flat rate shipping usually takes 3-5 business days and Priority Mail 2-3. FedEx ground take 3-7 days depending on your location.
 Q: DO YOU SHIP SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY AIR?
  A: Unfortunately we do not provide either service. All items are shipped 1-3 business days AFTER payment by the method specified in the listing.
 Q: DO YOU USE BUYER FEDEX OR UPS ACCOUNTS?
  A: Unfortunately we do not.
 Q: HOW DO I KNOW MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECIEVED?
  A: You will receive an automated notification payment has been received. If you do not receive this notice and in fact payment has not been received, you will be contacted by the seller after 4 days by automated notification.
 Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
  A: All items are marked with tamper proof security labels for your protection. You must contact me first to receive RMA approval. I do not accept returns without troubleshooting first so do not send me a one line e-mail saying "this is DOA I want my money back". Replacements or refunds will not be given without the original item being returned first.
 Q: DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING?
  A: In most cases yes. If I have multiples of an item in stock the combined rate will be listed in the auction. If combining different auctions please ask.
 Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
  A: All items are shipped within 1-3 days business days AFTER payment. We do not ship next day. You will be automatically notified your item has been shipped. If you have not received this e-mail by the 4th business day please refer to the order details of the transaction in your My eBay for tracking information.
 Q: HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES?
  A: Shipping and handling is clearly marked below the item price. Combined shipping rates for multiples of the same item can be found by clicking the Shipping/Payments tab above the item description.
 Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
  A: We no longer offer international shipping. Canadians-if not specified in the auction then we do not ship to Canada. Canadians-please allow at least 10-14 days for delivery.
 Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED?
  A: It it is not specifically stated in the item description and/or pictured it is not included. This includes but is not limited to I/O shields, cables, and software.
 Q: IS LOCAL PICK-UP AVAILABLE?
  A: We do not offer local pick-up. No exceptions.
