ABOUT US:
Pease Custom Performance (PCP) Offroad is a family-owned and operated ATV, UTV, and Dirt Bike performance shop. We service and repair all makes and models, and focus on giving you the performance you crave on the race track, trail or in the sand dunes. We carry products that we've used on our own bikes and know the guality. We're riders too!

We offer both new and used items for sale.  When we list used items for sale, we make every attempt to accurately and objectively describe and photo the items that we list including any damage that may or may not be present. 

Please feel free to contact us by telephone or use e-Bay's "Contact Seller" feature if you have any questions regarding an item. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase!

Payment is accepted via Paypal and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex).  Payment within 3 days of auction close via Paypal is preferred.

SHIPPING:
Items are carefully packed and shipped the same day as payment is received (or cleared), or the following day after payment at the latest.  Payments made after hours and weekends will be shipped the following business day.  Shipping will be buyer's choice, but generally UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping is preferred.  We also offer UPS 3-day Select, and will also ship Next Day or 2-Day (air freight charges will apply and be paid by buyer).  You're welcome to pick up at the shop if you're local to the Phoenix, Arizona area.

We send a Shipping Notification email the day of shipment and provide tracking information for you.

RETURN POLICY:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date IF approved. Please contact us BEFORE returning your item for instructions. Items received in original condition, with all included materials, will be credited for purchase amount less shipping. Buyer pays return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

FEEDBACK:
Feedback is generally left for customers after we track and have confirmation of delivery from the shipping carrier.  We strive for 5 star service!  Our feedback and DSR ratings are very important to us. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your item upon receipt.
