Please contact us before you leave feedback, and we will do
our best to make the situation right. We are a small family
owned company, we work very hard for our top rated feedback
and we sold hundreds of products a month on eBay. Most of our
customers are very happy as you can see from previous feedback
but mistake do happen that's why we offer warranty even on our
used product, not like other sellers. Item marked SOLD AS IS
or NON WORKING FOR PARTS ONLY, is SOLD AS IS and we do not
provide warranty. Dont forget to look into extended warranty
offered by ebay/squaretrade.

customers 100% of the time. We test everything that we sell,
one item at a time. Nonetheless, please be sure to read the
listing in detail, as it will contain any qualifiers about the
cosmetic or functional condition of the item, as well as tell
you what accessories come with the device. We also strive to
respond to any inquiries about auctions in as timely a fashion
as possible.
If for whatever reason, the item that you receive does not
match the auction description, we are happy to work with you
on resolving the issue. Please contact us before you leave

4. Non defective return will
be charged 20% restocking fees
5. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process once the items
are received at our facility, but we will do everything we can
to process refunds quickly as possible.
