SHIPPING
We always ships as quickly as possible, with our goal of
shipping your item(s) the next business day (or on Monday if
we receive payments on weekends) understanding that you are
anxious to get your hands on your merchandise as quickly as
possible. We ship using USPS and FEDEX. Please select
appropriate shipping option on checkout. Please be aware
that we will not be able to change shipping option after
selection has been made on check out.
Below are some frequently asked questions:
* PLEASE NOTE: We ship ONLY
to the shipping address in your PayPal account.
** If this is not your current address, then
please update your PayPal shipping address prior to bidding
on this item. We are not responsible for missed shipments if
your address has changed and you have not updated your
PayPal shipping address - even if you send us an email to
that effect after winning the auction.
* Do you require signature
confirmation for delivery?
** Due to eBay's policies and for the
protection of both the buyer and the seller, we require
signature verification of delivery if the total dollar
amount of all items in a given shipment is more than $250.
* I am buying multiple
items from you. Can you combine shipping?
** Yes, but only under certain circumstances.
1. In order to receive our
combined shipping discount, all items must be purchased on
the same day and appear on the same invoice. All items must
be paid for within 48 hours.
2. What is covered? Only smaller
items can be shipped together.
o
Devices covered by combined shipping are: phones, MP3
players, cameras, lenses, camcorders, game consoles, game
media, GPS units, car audio, radar detectors, external hard
drives, satellite radios, streaming media, mice, keyboards,
computer speakers.
o
Items NOT covered
by combined shipping are: laptop computers, desktop
computers, computer monitors, HDTVs; any home audio or video
components, receivers, or speakers
3. What will you combine?
o We
will combine smaller items from the included list with a
single item from the items not covered (for example, one or
more phones with a desktop computer).
o We
will NOT under any
circumstances combine shipping on the larger items
(desktops, laptops, monitors, HDTVs).
4. What is the cost? If you have
multiple orders that are eligible for combined shipping, you
will be charged the highest shipping price (i.e., the price
for the largest item) + $3 for each additional smaller item.
5. Will you combine items on
multiple invoices? No. If you want items to be combined into
the same shipment and get combined pricing, they must all
appear and be paid for under the same invoice. No exceptions
made.
* Can you ship outside of
the United States?
** We do not support international transactions
or international shipping under any circumstances, nor we do
not ship to freight forwarders. We only ship within the
Continental US.
* Can you ship to Alaska,
Hawaii, or other U.S. Territories?
** No, we only ship to the lower 48 states of
the United States.
* Can you ship to an Air,
Army, or Fleet Post Office (APO/FPO) overseas?
**No, we only ship to the lower 48 states of
the United States.
* How long before you ship
my item?
** We ship out every order as quickly as
possible after the payment is received. In most cases, this
results in your product being shipped on the next business
day (Monday through Friday). However, on occasion we may
receive a large number of orders in a short period of time
which may slightly delay shipping of your item. That said,
our business depends on keeping you happy by getting orders
shipped out as quickly as possible.
* Can I make special
arrangements to have my shipment expedited?
** YES, on checkout please select other
shipping option to expedite
* I put wrong shipping
address, can you reship?
** If the package has been ship, we have to
wait for the item to come back. its best to contact the
shipping carrier and arrange alternate pickup. We charge $10
flat fee to reship the item
