We heard a news report that said the number of unemployed in this country exceeds the entire population of the state of Connecticut. That means that every person we pass on the street – every family shopping at the local grocery store, every Mom or Dad picking up sons and daughters at school – represents someone who has lost his or her job. While $1/sold item may not seem like a great deal of money, we have Churches and Schools that order multiple hundreds of shirts at a time.
