| Q: I received my ink cartridges, but my printer model is not listed on the cartridge boxes. Are they compatible? |
| A: With many of our compatible cartridges, especially Epson and Canon ink cartridges, there may be up to 50 printer models that the cartridges are compatible with. Since the boxes that the cartridges come in have limited room for descriptions, sometimes not every printer model is listed. However, if the auction states that the cartridge is compatible, everything should be in order. If you want to make sure, feel free to contact us. |

| A: Cartridges and toners we sell are not brand name ones ( OEM ). The majority of the products that we sell are the highest quality generic ( compatible ) or remanufactured products. We do offer some OEM products which are clearly marked as OEM. |
