We offer a selection of auctions with different shipping profiles

Free Shipping! If you have purchased multiple auctions, all you need to
do is make sure not to complete the checkout until all the auctions you
purchased are over. Once they are, you will receive notification emails
from us for all of them. After that you can simply follow the checkout
instructions from the emails. |

Do you ship internationally? |

Currently, AbacusInk only ships within US and to Canada. We do
additionally ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses at the customer's
risk. |

How long will I have to wait until I receive my order? |
| A:
All orders are typically processed within 24 hours of the payment, if
there are no issues. After an order is processed, it typically takes 1
- 5 business days for the delivery, depending on the location where the
package is being shipped. |

How will my order be shipped? |

All orders are shipped either by USPS or UPS, at our discretion. This
usually depends on the value of the order, the weight or the location
to which the order is being shipped. |

Can I get my order faster? |

We do offer Next Day and Second Day Air Shipping through UPS. The
prices vary from order to order. If you need to get your order faster,
please contact us and we'll give you the exact price. |

Will I be able to track my order once it's shipped? |

Yes. All orders that we ship get a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number or
a UPS Tracking Number. Please note that USPS will only notify of the
actual delivery, not the progress of the package. After your order is
shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your
order. |

We accept PayPal and Credit Card payments. We also accept all debit
cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo on them. If you need more

What is your return policy and how do I return something to you? |

If you have a problem with your order, you can contact our Customer
Service Department 24 / 7 ! We will assist with any issues and replace
or refund your purchase if needed. Please note that all orders must be
returned in "as shipped" condition before a refund or a replacement can
be issued. Please do not return any items before contacting us and
obtaining an RMA number. Any orders returned without an RMA number will
not be eligible for a refund or replacement. All our items carry a full
1 year guarantee. |

received my ink cartridges, but my printer model is not listed on the
cartridge boxes. Are they compatible? |
| A:
With many of our compatible cartridges, especially Epson and Canon ink
cartridges, there may be up to 50 printer models that the cartridges
are compatible with. Since the boxes that the cartridges come in have
limited room for descriptions, sometimes not every printer model is
listed. However, if the auction states that the cartridge is
compatible, everything should be in order. If you want to make sure,
feel free to contact us. |

Are your cartridges brand name ones? |
| A:
Cartridges and toners we sell are not brand name ones ( OEM ). The
majority of the products that we sell are the highest quality generic (
compatible ) or remanufactured products. We do offer some OEM products
which are clearly marked as OEM. |

Where is your office located? Do you offer local pickup? |
| A:
AbacusInk is located in Phoenix, Arizona. Since we are registered for
online sale only, we do not offer local pickup. |
