| A:Please checkout through our MarketPlace Advisor shopping cart. This will ensure that your order is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. By using this checkout system you can select from different payment and shipping methods, apply promotional codes and receive combined shipping discounts. |

| A:In each winning bidder notice that we send out, is a link for you to click that will take you to all of your items in the shopping cart. Or you you can click the Pay Now button at the top of the finished auction or click the checkout button within the listing description. Please wait to pay for all of your items until after the last auction ends. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, we combine shipping on all items paid for in one payment. If you are bidding on items ending over several days, email us to let us know and wait until all items have ended before making payment. Thanks. See individual listings for combined shipping prices. |

| A:Yes, all of the items we sell are new and are careful selected from a wide array of reputable wholesale vendors. We strive to offer quality merchandise at affordable prices. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If you are not completely happy with your purchase from Abbey's Attic, please contact us with in 14 days and we will be happy to accept your return for a refund or exchange (less shipping, unless due to our error). Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Items returned must be free of signs of damage, alterations or wear. |

| A:Yes, we ship to Canada ($2.50 for 1st item, .25 cents for each additional), Europe and Australia ($3.95 for 1st item, .35 cents for each additional). Prices quoted are for jewelry only please see individual listing for shipping prices on perfume bottles. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment 5 days a week and sometimes on Saturdays. Most items arrive with in 3-5 business days but are subject to the US Postal Service. If your package is delayed please email us and we will do all we can to rectify the problem. Please note that during the summer our shipping schedule changes to Tues - Fri. |
