| A:30 days for most items. 15 days on GPS units, camcorders, digital cameras, PDAs, computer products, and sunglasses. No returns on opened computer software, video games, or gaming systems. Opened items or damaged boxes will be charged a 10% restocking fee. All returned items must be in their original box and packaging. See www.abt.com for details. |

| Q:Do you collect state sales tax? |

| A:Abt does not collect sales tax on any item ordered to customers outside our normal truck delivery area. If you live within Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana or Michigan, you will incur taxes at a rate listed. IL residents pay 9.75% sales tax, WI sales tax is determined by delivery point(5% to 5.5%), IN residents pay 7% sales tax, and MI pay 6%. |
