30 Day Money-Back Gaurantee
- Accessory Depot offers a 30 day money-back guarantee on all purchases from the sales date on the sales record. The 30 day money-back guarantee gives the customer the option to return purchased merchandise, whether used or new*, for a full refund of the purchase price (which excludes shipping)***.
The only exception to this policy is Marine Electronic and accessories:

- Unless the item is received defective or there is a mistake on the part of Accessory Depot, which will be determined by customer service, the return shipping expense is to be paid for by the buyer and the original shipping cost cannot be refunded.

- Every product we sell comes direct from the manufacturer; therefore, it is 100% guaranteed authentic. In addition, we are liscensed resellers of all the merchandise we sell so it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your purchased merchandise is defective in any way, shape or form, please contact us at help@accessorydepot.net. It is our policy to send customers with warranty claims first to the manufacturer in order to receive a refund or replacement product. 95% of the time, the manufacturer addressed the problem; however, if for some reason they do no, we will be more than happy to furnish you with a replacement product or refund (minus shipping)

Items Lost in the Mail
- If the merchandise was shipped to a confirmed address in Paypal at the time of the payment, it is covered under our insurance policy, therefore, we will be more than willing to do one of the following: 1. Refund your money to the original payment source; 2. Send a replacement product.
- If the merchandise was sent to an unconfirmed Paypal address at the time of the payment, it is not covered under our insurance policy, therefore, we cannot be liable to compensate you for the lost merchandise.

If your product does not arrive within the time frame already established (USA 10 business days; International 20 business days), we will either refund your money or send you a replacement product.
