 | A: We ship all orders within 2-5 business days of payment. When your order ships you will receive an email notifying you of the ship date. You can also check the status of your order and retreive your tracking number by going to www.AccessoryExport.com at the bottom of the home page you will see the option to track your order. |

 | A: If you have not paid for this item yet, you may change the model or color of the accessories by placing a note in the Special Instructions box at checkout. Request for model changes cannot be made via email, they must be included in the Special Instructions box at checkout and they are a request. |
 | Q: I ordered more item than I wanted to, how do I cancel the purchases? There are items in my cart I do not want, how do I remove them? |

 | A: In order to remove unwanted items, you will need to email us at orders@accessoryexport.com, in your email please include the items number(s) of the items you do not want. Once the email is received the items will be removed and you will receive a mutual cancellation notice from ebay, please agree to the cancellation of the unwanted items. |
 | Q: Why am I being charged sales tax on shipping and handling? |

 | A: In the state of California if the amount charged for shipping includes a handling fee sales tax must also be collected on that charge. Please refer to the California State Board of Equalization for further questions regarding this law. |
 | Q: USPS shows my item was delivered to Riverside, CA but I do not live in Riverside what should I do? |

 | A: If the USPS website shows your item was delivered to Riverside, CA it means that the package was returned to us for a bad address. When the returned package is processed we will email you for a corrected address and reship the package. |
 | Q: Can I have your phone number to call you? |

 | Q: I paid for shipping insurance but when the package arrived it was not insured, why wasn't insurance purchased for my package? |

 | A: When a buyer pays for shipping insurance we self insure the package, which means that if you have paid for shipping insurance and the package is damaged or lost we will replace the items at no charge. |
