Returns and Exchanges - You may return your merchandise for a refund or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds - Refunds issued will include merchandise charges as well as shipping charges. Please note that we do subtract a $2.95 processing fee from each refund. The refund processing fee is charged per order and not per item. All orders over $50 including shipping will be charged a 15% processing fee. Canada and International Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable. To avoid paying the $2.95 processing fee, please consider exchanging the unwanted merchandise.
*Restocking fee: An Additional 15 to 30% restocking fee may apply for items returned in used, opened, or incomplete condition. Accessory Export, LLC reserves the right to be the sole determiner of whether a product has been used or is incomplete.
Exchanges - We do not charge a processing fee for exchanges. Please contact our customer service department to have an exchange processed.
Defective Items - Merchandise defective upon receipt can be replaced free of charge. If you received a defective item, please contact our customer service department immediately to arrange for a replacement.
Damaged Items - All merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipment. If your merchandise has been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service department immediately to arrange for a replacement.
Warranty - Accessory Export offers a 30 day warranty on all products purchased from us. If your merchandise becomes faulty within 30 days of delivery, please contact our customer service department for replacement. Branded merchandise may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty that will extend your warranty period. We recommend visiting the manufacturer website for warranty details.
