| Below you will see the One Year Agreement that comes with most writers.
PRE-OWNED WRITERS ONE YEAR WARRANTY AGREEMENT
Acculaw, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser ("Customer") all Pre-Owned Writers to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of original purchase (Warranty Period).
Acculaw may use used or refurbished parts in making reasonable repairs. If no defect is found in any machine returned for exchange or repair, a charge will be made for the cost of Acculaws inspection and examination. Acculaw has no other obligation or liability in connection with this machine. Acculaw does not give refunds, however will consider exchange based on availability.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damages caused by accident, misuse, abnormal use, operator error, modifications, repairs or adjustments not performed by, or authorized in writing by Acculaw, abuse, negligence or misconduct (by Customer or his/her or its officers, employees, agents, independent contractors, invitees, visitors or customers), or failure to properly maintain or adjust this machine as required by the Users Guide accompanying it.
- Annual cleaning and pad replacement of the mechanical portion of the writer.
- Cleaning, oiling or adjusting required by normal use.
- Repairs to or replacement of any writer accessories, including without limitation, the tripod, charge, paper tray or carrying case.
- Repairs to or service as specified by the original manufacturers of other expendable accessories, peripherals, or parts that may be purchased for use with or part of the machine.
- Any software preloaded or subsequently loaded on the machine.
- Liability to customer for Incidental, consequential, indirect, or other similar damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of use, loss of profit or revenue, loss of time or inconvenience arising out of the malfunction of the writer.
- Shipping charges to an Acculaw Inc. authorized repair center. (Acculaw, Inc. pays for shipping charges back to customer via UPS Ground).
This warranty shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida and the proper venue and exclusive jurisdiction for any claims relating to the warranty shall be the appropriate courts located in Broward County. |
