The seller showed the item condition as new, but when i asked if the seller is sure about condition, he was not, he asked me to cancel my order if i want refund, i’ve canceled the purchase, the seller said he has accepted the cancelation but on my side it showed that the cancelation was declined. Seller told me he will contact ebay and fix this mistake but nothing changed in about 5 days. I got refund after i contacted ebay myself. It happens sometimes to everyone i think.
