Acura of Concord Customer Testimonial I am a first time Acura owner and this was the first regular maintenance service needed for my TL. I would be remiss if I did not take a moment to share with you my overall experience from the time I came in to test drive cars to the day my car was serviced and delivered to me. This by far has been the best car buying experience I have had to date.

I average about 1-2 new car purchases/leases every 1.5 ? 2 years. My sales reps were... . I can not speak highly enough about the two of them. I have since referred a couple of friends over to them for their consideration of an Acura purchase/lease. They made me feel like I was a valued customer right from the get go, and quickly earned my trust. I had just walked out of two other dealerships that day; 1) Concord BMW 2) Niello Infiniti. Neither of which came even close in comparison to the treatment and service I received from my Sales consultants.

I have had the fortunate opportunity to own many different new cars including Audi, BMW, Chevy, Ford, Toyota and VW. My sales experience with ALL of them rank less than desirable to say the least. From a service perspective, I could not have expected more from Acura short of getting free service; in a nutshell I have no suggestions for improvement. My service advisor was thorough and showed a genuine interest in my needs. The delivery of my vehicle was done with Service Director, I believe and was easy. The experience overall was very favorable. I have had some terrible experiences in the past which I anecdotally shared with your Service Director so my expectations were low even in comparison to my sales experience with Acura. When my lease is up, I will be returning back to Acura of Concord for another new lease on either an MDX or TL Type S. Your team and product have earned my trust and loyalty.
