Seller was aware of known wear on the 16mm print, but did not disclose it in the description. (The wear was noted & written on the leader!) I contacted the seller, but he took no responsibility for the errors or omissions in the listing. Print was sent on the wrong reel size so was not as described. Some helpful customer service was needed & would have been appreciated. But seller took a very rigid and hard position even though the errors were his. Unsatisfactory transaction.

What Happened Was He Wanted me to Give Him a Partial Refund i Told him as a Rule I never Do Partial Refunds So if the Buyer Is So Unhappy Why Doesn't Send the Film Back for A Full Refund i would Paid Postage for him to send it Back It was on 2000' Reel I Didn't Notice Any Scratches or Serious Problems with the Print If These people who leave Negative are so unhappy why don't they send the film back?

Wear I mentioned that seller knew but didn’t disclose was a thin black line down the center of the image for the last 15 minutes. This is not a minor issue. Since it was handwritten on the leader, it should have been noted in the description. Print was to be shipped on a 2,000 ft reel it arrived on a 2,300 ft with the smaller inner hub I dislike. Contrary to what was stated, seller never offered to pay the return shipping. I was not an overly picky customer. I tried to be fair & reasonable.
